At Uman-Up we believe:

All the Beings of the planet have the same rights and Dignity. It has the Firm belief that having a base that Respects all Beings Equally and that is Adaptive to Differences or Changes is a Balanced formula.

1- The love: Love is the Fundamental Energy to Share Abundance.

​

Love is a universal concept related to the affinity between beings, it is a sentimental Virtue which represents the maximum Affection, Kindness and Compassion of the Human Being towards other things.

No one's freedom is limited; on the contrary, it is empowered by always inviting us to choose the highest good, to improve ourselves, to constantly grow.

In a relationship, both become aware of their personalities and their dignity. They feel knowledgeable and known, respected and respectful, lovers and loved by wanting the other person to be themselves and vice versa.

​

There is no assimilation or possession, instead there is Recognition and Respect. A communion of people is formed, that is, a "we", where each one enjoys his or her uniqueness.

According to how this love is shaped, it should first manifest itself in the family, since it is there where it is discovered and practiced and then brought to the environment.

Unconditional love also manifests itself in friendship, for example when the friend's good is sought, by respecting his ideas, such as he is and at the same time helping him to grow.

So also unconditional love is a "me-you" relationship; It is an encounter between two free people where each one is willing to recognize the virtues of the other, accepting their defects and helping each other to overcome themselves.

We believe that in order to receive first you must give. That is why we believe that well-being comes from taking care of and giving attention to the elements in order to receive gratitude and the abundance that this generates and to be able to share the harvest that we give .

2- Respect : We are united As living beings. We are Planetary Brothers.

Respect is a value based on ethics and morals. When a person is respectful, accepts and understands the ways of thinking and acting different from his, he also treats everything around him with great care.

In general, it is the fundamental basis for a healthy and peaceful coexistence among the members of a society.

Respect is practiced when it is understood that the freedom of action of each one ends when that of the other begins.

In the interrelation with friends, family and coworkers, facing the same situation, each one has their point of view. When seeing things differently, the important thing is to accept the opinion of others.

It can be said that respect is closely related to tolerance, since it would not work if there were no respect, it adds a positive moral quality to tolerance, which requires understanding first, and then enables the moral judgment of what what is respected or inspires attention is tolerated, or better.

Therefore, respect does not hide any kind of inequality, whether of power or dignity, but an equal treatment.

Respect encompasses all spheres of life, starting with that which we owe to ourselves and our fellow man, to that which we owe to the environment, living beings and nature in general, without forgetting respect for universal laws. , to social agreements, to the memory of the ancestors, to future generations and to the place where we were born.

Understanding, on the other hand, is tolerance or patience in a given situation. Comprehensive people, in this way, manage to justify or understand as natural the actions or emotions of other People.

3- Freedom : Our Natural Right to Exist and Express ourselves.

Freedom is the most important common good of all creation.

The limit or the End of Your freedom Begins where the freedom of the other is found.

Of course, this fundamental law is based on the understanding of free education and personal understanding of the meaning of basic knowledge such as love, respect, understanding, empathy and responsibility.

The state of freedom defines the situation, circumstances or conditions of one who is not a slave, subject, or restricted to the desire of others in a restrictive way. In other words, what allows man to decide whether he wants to do something or not, makes him free, but also responsible for his actions. If the latter is not fulfilled, one would be talking about debauchery.

Freedom is the possibility we have to decide for ourselves how to act in the different situations that arise in life.

He who is free chooses among certain options those that seem best or most convenient to him, both for his well-being and for that of others or of society in general.

Freedom of conscience, to achieve a coherent and balanced life from within.

​

Freedom of expression, to be able to spread ideas and promote debate and open discussion.

​

Freedom of assembly as a guarantee to associate with and work for those who share ideals.

​

Freedom to responsibly and peacefully choose social organizers, among other positions.
